I am a humanity-centered designer with a background in engineering and two master's degrees in management and service design. I have over a decade of experience working with clients ranging from startups to global organisations.
I teach and design courses about design and product management for individuals and businesses. I also mentor individuals and support them on their career exploration, career change journey. I’ve been lead instructor since 2018, and have taught over 300 career changers. I am grateful for the mentoring I have received from each of them. 💙

Recently, I have been exploring organizational design, self-managing teams, and learner-led careers. I strongly believe in making work more human and creating work environments where people can learn, grow, and feel a sense of belonging.
Currently I’m building a collaborative network, Random Animal 🦊, a remote-first social impact company on a mission to improve work for everyone through better access to learning, design and community.
